We've got a Coffee machine and a grinder from Caffe Society and its working absolutely great! We were rushed to get the coffee machine installed before opening date of our cafe, the office staff was super helpful and got it sorted for us very quickly, Natalie was our main contact and she would keep us updated on the installation dates and times and any other quiestions we had on the way! The installation was also quick and efficient, full training provided by the engineer. We've had the equipment for over a month now and its working absolutely great!
The coffee beans provided with the coffee machine are also very high quality and taste lovely.
I would highly recommend this company to work with in general, super helpful and high quality products from machines to coffee beans!

Overall a very positive experience. The sales team were incredibly patient with me while I dithered around over which machine to buy and were very generous with the machine & ingredients package I selected. The engineer was a little bit 'quiet' and I found that I had to ask a lot of questions and was a little apprehensive the first time I used the machine, but had to remind myself that the barista training was only supposed to be 'basic'. I love my machine and religiously carry cleaning it in order to keep it in tip top condition. Thank you Caffe Society.

Fantastic coffee beans, I get loads of compliments from my customers. Website is very easy to use and delivery is quick and always accurate. I also got my machine and grinder from caffe society, and the whole process was great. Paul was great when I met him at the showroom and was very knowledgeable. Simon has been great dealing with all of my orders and queries and the engineer who in installed the machine was very friendly and professional. Would recommend this company.

The pricing of the coffee machine we purchased was very good value along with the additional items associated with it.
Training delivered to myself and 3 others at the Caffe Society facility was first class. Great pace of delivery very informative and trainer very happy to go over information again if required.
Delivery and instillation of the machine was seamless. Excellent service from the engineer installing the machine who turned up on site at the time we had agreed.
The coffee machine is excellent quality as are the ingredients.
