If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would - our stay here was fantastic!

From the moment we booked, Sina was so helpful and communicative! He helped to provide countless suggestions and recommendations, answered our many questions, and even helped to make restaurant reservations for us. Upon arrival, it was raining, and he helped to coordinate a taxi to take us from the train station to our apartment.

The apartment itself was amazing - spotless and had everything we needed for our three nights. The bed was by far the most comfortable we have ever had while traveling. We had a gorgeous balcony that looked right out over Bar Il Molo (where breakfast was complimentary during our stay!). The location could not have been better. If you are deciding between booking a hotel or booking this property, this is the way to go!

Wonderful from start to finish! Sina is honestly one of the best hosts ever in all of our travels so warm and genuine, truly kind and wanting to make your experience the best. Apartment was perfect, view was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Varenna est un village piétonnier: une seule route passe en haut au bord de la montagne, et tout le village est piétonnier. Les "traghettos" du lac portent les touristes en journée, beaucoup de touristes comem partout sur le lac.... mais le village se vide à partir de 6 heures et ne restent que ceux qui ont loué sur place... La tranquillité absolue, le village réservé pour eux jusqu'au lendemain matin.... Intime, calme, paisible... Divine Vita offre des appartements de classe, vue sur le lac, tellement près du lac qu'on pourrait sauter dans l'eau du balcon... Il y a à Varenne 2 des plus beaux jardins du lac Como, des espaces pour se baigner, et des "traghettos" qui partent sans cesse pour aller visiter tous les coins du lac. Pourquoi aller ailleurs ?

This is such an amazing find nestled in the best location in Varenna! The views truly are unparalleled and the service (especially from Sina) was remarkable! When we arrived and freshened up, they reserved the best table at Bar Il Molo for us which had the most gorgeous view!! The balcony was spacious enough and we spent a lot of time on it. Noises were not an issue and the rooms were spacious and very clean. 1000/10 location, 10000/10 service!!! We are forever thankful and will recommend this B&B over and over again! Thank you so much Sina!

Divina Vita Apartments may be the best spot to stay in Varenna! It is right above the Bar Il Molo. Sina, our host was so kind and assisted us with check in and making sure we had a Taxi to the train station upon checking out. He was the BEST host we have ever had and made our first time in Italy the best. The room cooled nicely which was needed during the summer. You are in the best location in Varenna, so a tad bit of noise comes from the Bar Il Molo until they close but it didn’t bother us. Highly recommend!

Perfect cozy spot for couples or solo travelers. The views from the window were absolutely breathtaking. Sina our host was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and super spacious. The location was spot on a walkable distance to the ferry and train stations.
Despite lake como being not in season in February and many shops and restaurants were closed it was still a beautiful and quiet town perfect for a city escape.
The bar/ restaurant was located just downstairs from the apartment. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the food was super delicious with a fantastic view and it wasn’t loud or noisy which was perfect for a calm sleep.
Two things I’d like to mention is the window curtains were a bit annoying they were complicated to open and close and the coffee machine which I couldn’t get to work however these are menial things and didn’t at all stop us from having a great time and the host was super helpful when confronted with any issues and was able to provide alternatives and support.
Overall 100% would recommend this lovely apartment.

The room is clean and spacious. Waking up everyday, I enjoy the lake view so much. More importantly, the host is very friendly and helpful. He responses quickly and assist me with booking restaurants.

This place is truly heavenly. My husband and I stayed in the beautiful teal suite that somehow matched or vibe perfectly. The thing we appreciated the most was just lounging on the balcony overlooking the lake. The evenings can get a bit loud with the restaurant located beneath the windows, however it felt more like asmr and not once did I have trouble falling asleep. In the morning they serve you an incredible breakfast at the restaurant, with foods such as eggs, bacon, smoked salmon, croissants, fruit salad etc.
Our host Leandro was super welcoming and provided us with lots of useful tips.
Overall, a terrific place. Cannot recommend it enough!
