We highly recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay while visiting the Lake Como area. Varenna is such a special little town, filled with wonderful restaurants, shopping opportunities, absolutely breathtaking views, and this apartment is a short walk to it all! The ferries to explore the many towns along the lake, are close by. Our host, Ettore, has created a special living space, with such detail in his decor, creating a comfy stay. He went above and beyond, helping us get from the train station to his apartment, for which we were so very grateful. We would happily return!

Wonderful top floor apartment located in the center of Varenna is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay., including air-conditioning. Owner-proprietor has excellent communication and organizational skills, is knowledgeable about the area, including some excellent recommendations. You may even meet his charming father. Highly recommend!

Ettore was so incredibly helpful during our stay with local recommendations and has a beautiful home in Varenna. This is a wonderful place to stay with easy access by train and to the ferry to visit other towns on Lake Como. I cannot recommend enough!

Absolutely loved the accomodations. Comfortable bed in loft. Spacious living room and bathroom. Convenient kitchen. Very helpful chat with owners for recommendations in the area, location for parking garage, and tips on apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful apartment with good food and restaurants within walking distance. Ferry terminal is also walking distance away. Ettore's father picked us up from the train station and helped with the check-in process. Ettore was responsive and gave clear instructions. Recommend if you are visiting and staying in Varenna.
