This stand alone HomeGoods in Glendale is large and worth a visit. It’s organized and well stocked. You can park at the Glendale Galleria Garage for no charge and walk here. You can also pay-park on the street.

I just wanted to say that Janet and Eibtisam were so unbelievably helpful and kind to me when I applied for a credit card; they helped me refund some things I'd already bought a few days back and then repurchase, just so I could maximize my 10% off coupon. It took a LOT of work because I didn't have my old receipt, but they still did it happily. I will for sure be back!

Yesterday I was at this store and what I witnessed it really made me upset, a lady accidentally dropped a glass item and the store wanted her to pay for it even though she was explaining what happened they didn’t care, to me it seemed ridiculous, because the stores have insurance for all the items, I had a shopping cart full of items but I decided not to buy anything and walked out I’ll never go back to that store shame on them and shame on the management.

I had a bad experience going Home Goods today.. I tried to return the item today because it was not working but I didn’t have the receipt. I was on front of the cashier and asked for the return. One of the worker name Ambe I don’t know where she came from interrupted our conversation. She started screaming on me I was surprised why she acting like that. Only mentally issues people can respond that way. She didn’t have name tag on here and refused to give me her name even though i asked couple of times. I asked the manager she start to talk the same on front of the manager, even though the manager can’t handle her. Before hiring the people make sure if they are mentally ok.

One of your employees (fateema i believe) either is skimming money when she is working the cash register or needs more training when it comes to ringing up items and doing refunds. First, she had double charged us on an item after asking us “are you sure this is $5” when the red tag clearly says it is $5. This led to when we got our change only receiving $4.01. I then asked her to refund us bc she overcharged us. She then said “I press the first one twice. I’ll refund you” then gave us just a receipt. When we stood there waiting for the refund, she reiterated “you understand right?” as if we are done with the transaction and need to leave. So I had to explain that giving us a receipt that says our refund is not a refund if you don’t hand us the money. Then she called a manager to open the register to get our refund. Then she proceeded to give us $4.01 again, despite the receipt saying $5.51 is owed. I’m too tired to argue at this point but it would behoove you to do something about this for your customers. I am definitely not shopping at this store again over such a headache over such a small amount. This is 3rd grade math at worst. Please check that she is not stealing from you under the guise of not knowing what’s going on.
