Michele si è rivelato da subito un padrone di casa preciso e attento alle nostre richieste e domande. Il suo appartamento al piano terra è l'ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno estremamente tranquillo in un contesto da fiaba come Perledo. Se cercate scorci da sogno, camminate nella natura e tra i borghi, Perledo fa per Voi. A casa di Michele ho trovato pace, estrema pulizia, tutto ciò che può servire in camera, cucina, bagno e soggiorno. Sono stata autonoma nell'entrare e uscire grazie alle indicazioni precise che Michele mi ha fornito fin dalla conferma di prenotazione, ho cucinato una bella cena utilizzando tutto ciò che ho trovato nei mobili della cucina e ammirato il panorame sul lago dal giardino della villa. Ho percepito competenza e organizzazione perfette. Ringrazio Michele per questo e consiglio a tutti un soggiorno a casa sua!

We hadn't had a really enjoyable holiday here at silver lake. Fabulous views Very responsive, host. Great location. Not in the hustle and bustle of the town, but Perledo, has a couple of restaurants and shop and a free night bus that takes you down to the main town and back up between 7:00 p.m. and midnight. Historic building which keeps the rooms comfortably cool without air conditioning.

Wspaniała miejscówka na krótki urlop lub dłuższe wakacje nad jeziorem Como.
Klimatyczny, bardzo duży dom, podzielone na 3 apartamenty.
Plusy
- jasna informacja dot. zameldowania - klucz w skrytce, a w lokalu książka ze wszystkimi niezbędnymi informacjami i instrukcjami obsługi sprzętów,
- parking z opłaconym abonamentem pod samym domem (kartka za szybę),
- czysty, zadbany, bardzo duży apartament wyposażony w wszystko co niezbędne - jest też ekspres kawowy z kapsułkami,
- przepiękny widok z tarasu, wprost idealny na poranną filiżankę kawy,
- tylko 1 minuta spacerem do sklepu, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzonego,
- przyjacielski kot, który czekał na nasz powrót każdego dnia,
- część rekreacyjna budynku - w tym: pralnia, miejsce z książkami i grami, ogród z możliwością urządzenia grilla.
Cisza, spokój, piękny widok o poranku - jest wszystko co potrzebne aby odpocząć.
Na pochwałę zasługuje również komunikacja z Właścicielem - szybka, przez komunikator, precyzyjna.
Minusów nie uświadczyliśmy żadnych - no może tylko zatkany odpływ pod prysznicem 😉

The most magical and intimate experience you can get near Varenna! The Apartments are located at the heart of Perledo with stunning views of the Lake. We stayed at the silverlake Apartment, it provided us with everything we needed and even more. The owner Michelle is very kind and informative, he leaves you with no open questions as he explains everything very detailed before you arrive. Parking is also provided. The cats Mila&Bosh were so lovely, they accompanied us throughout our stay. We were so sad to leave and will hopefully be back soon! 10/10

We had such an amazing time at Lago di Como and the apartment was incredible. It had everything you need, very clean and a lot of space. The best was the balcony - perfect place to watch the sunset/sunrise while having your morning espresso or glass of wine in the evening. Perledo is also a great town if you do not want to run into lots of tourists. You get a more authentic Italian experience. Also, off season Oct. Nov. is a great time to visit. The host of the apartment is super nice and well organized, makes your stay as easy and smooth as possible. We can not wait to come back soon!

Amazing apartment with AMAZING VIEWS! Review for Silver Lake - The bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space for clothes and hooks. The kitchen is small but had everything you would need. The best part is sitting out on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful view of Lake Como with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine!

Michele was an incredible host, who goes out of his way to help with us recommendations, reservations, etc. He was quick to respond to questions on Airbnb or WeChat. We will definitely be returning in the future with our friends and families!
