Discovered by chance and ended up being the best restaurant me and my family tried this summer so far.
Excellent typical cucina pugliese, that adds to a impressive and professional aged meat selections.
The staff is wonderful and super professional, the type of persons that know exactly what they are doing.
Atmosphere is beautiful and exactly my style, as it has a open air (pateo) atmosphere, perfect for summer nights but also interior rooms that have a wonderful atmosphere.
Price is fair as it should be, this allows people to come back anytime and not have to select a restaurant based on price instead of quality.
Indeed deserve my review and i eill definitely come back.

What an incredible surprise. Antonio’s hospitality is as memorable as his (and his mamma's) cooking, warm, genuine, and full of heart. Every dish tasted impossibly fresh, like the ingredients had been picked that morning and placed straight onto the plate.

The antipasti were outstanding, the pasta truly the best we’ve had, and the meat dishes were perfection, our whole table was in heaven. And the bread… the bread deserves its own mention - simply unforgettable.

We left with full hearts, full bellies, doggy bags, and a bottle of that wonderful olive oil. This was the best surprise of our week in the most beautiful town. We’ll absolutely be back.

If you ever want really good Italian food and southern Italian hospitality as you have heard of in tourist guides, this is the place for you! The chef came to our table multiple times to show the fresh ingredients and gave really good suggestions for the menu. The picanha was amazing! Make sure to pass by if you are in the area!

We had a superb meal. Delicious insalata container, filet of beef with forcing, and taratellini with poaching. Loved the beautiful interior. Service by Antonio was fun and excellent. Best meal we've had in Puglia!

We dined at Chiostro degli Scolopi a few days ago on recommendation by a local friend and had such a great experience that we returned a second time last night and this time we took some pictures. This restaurant used to be called Puerto Escondido and recently changed name and location. The ambiance is gorgeous with various small rooms and courtyards in an ancient building that used to be an old convent (hence the name and one of the rooms is a former chapel). The music was also lovely and added to the relaxing atmosphere. But the food is simply wonderful. Most of our party is vegetarians and therefore we avoided the steaks but there is much to choose from in the menu. An amazing selection of appetizers (we were a group of seven and picked six different ones to share tapas style, each unique and so tasty!). Then we went for pizzas, all to die for. Highly recommended!

We were looking for a nice restaurant in Tricasa and by coincidence found Antonio's osteria. We had a good starter followed by a nice main course of lamb. The recommended red wine was superb. All of good quality and Antonio understands quest experience. Keep on going!!
