Randomly selected sushi based on reviews, and I must honestly admit it was excellent! The service was impeccable, the drinks were amazing, and the sushi was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it!

This is a must-go for all Asian food lovers. Definitely not the average all-you-can-eat, Sabakaita is managed by very young and qualified personnel. Long story short: in the early 2000s an Italian sushi lover starts his own "sushi-chef at home" business, then it grows bigger and bigger; years later his two sons open this local restaurant in town bringing the same passion and love for Japanese cuisine.

Note: "Sabakaita" is a funny name of fantasy which mixes the local dialect (romagnolo) to some japanese-like sounding name. It is very entertaining, once you get it.

I recommend the eating experience at the bar, facing the chef (one of the two very talkative brothers) as the Japanese tradition rules.

The cocktails are exquisite as well, give it a chance.

Definitely going to repeat the experience.

“Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante di sushi dove gli chef italiani mostrano davvero una grande maestria. In particolare, il roll all’anguilla è stato delizioso: ben preparato, con una cottura perfetta che lo ha reso leggero e per niente pesante. Inoltre, ho potuto assaggiare anche un roll con il vero wagyu, ed è stato un vero piacere per il palato.
Mi sono seduto al bancone, così ho potuto vedere gli chef all’opera e ogni piatto mi è stato presentato e spiegato con cura. L’ambiente è accogliente, il personale gentilissimo e l’intera esperienza davvero unica. Consigliatissimo!
